I am a certified massage-therapist based in Montreal. Drawing on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I blend shiatsu and acupressure to offer individuals a space in which to reconnect with their own selves and release tension and stress in the body.

Shiatsu Bodywork (75 mins)
A complete Shiatsu session to relax and revitalize you, alleviate tension in your body, and address any long-term issues you may be facing. This type of massage is given fully-clothed on a futon mat.
Swedish Massage (75 mins)
Relaxing massage given on a massage table to increase circulation, soften muscle tissues, promote restorative sleep and reduce stress. This type of massage employs the use of massage oils or gels (unscented).

Reflexology (45 mins)
A therapeutic session targeting the feet to stimulate circulation, facilitate lymph flow and aid in digestion. Using thumb and knuckle pressure to activate reflex zones on the sole of the foot and toes, clients can experience a reinvigoration of the whole body.
